Leaf CRM may send push notifications to the User to achieve the purposes outlined in this privacy policy.
Users may in most cases opt-out of receiving push notifications by visiting their device settings, such as the notification settings for mobile phones, and then change those settings for Leaf CRM, some or all of the apps on the particular device.

Leaf CRM may track Users by storing a unique identifier of their device, for analytics purposes or for storing Users' preferences.

User identification via a universally unique identifier (UUID)
Leaf CRM may track Users by storing a so-called universally unique identifier (or short UUID) for analytics purposes or for storing Users' preferences. This identifier is generated upon installation of this Application, it persists between Application launches and updates, but it is lost when the User deletes the Application. A reinstall generates a new UUID.

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using Leaf CRM.
Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by Leaf CRM is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for Leaf CRM to provide its services. In cases where Leaf CRM specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service.
Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are welcome to contact the Owner.
Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools — by Leaf CRM or by the owners of third-party services used by Leaf CRM serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy.
Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through Leaf CRM.
Mode and place of processing the Data
Methods of processing
The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.
The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Owner, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of Leaf CRM (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Owner at any time.
Place
The Data is processed at the Owner's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.

Retention time
Unless specified otherwise in this document, Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for and may be retained for longer due to applicable legal obligation or based on the Users’ consent.

Facebook permissions asked by Leaf CRM
Leaf CRM may ask for some Facebook permissions allowing it to perform actions with the User's Facebook account and to retrieve information, including Personal Data, from it. This service allows Leaf CRM to connect with the User's account on the Facebook social network, provided by Facebook Inc.

Basic information
By default, this includes certain User’s Data such as id, name, picture, gender, and their locale. Certain connections of the User, such as the Friends, are also available. If the User has made more of their Data public, more information will be available.
About Me
Provides access to the 'About Me' section of the profile.
Leads Retrieval
Allows retrieving and reading all information captured by a lead advertisement form with an advertisement created in Ads Manager or the Marketing API.
Manage Advertisements
Provides the ability to manage ads and call the Facebook Ads API on behalf of a User.
Pages manage engagement
Allows creating, editing and deleting comments posted on the page.
Pages manage metadata
Allows subscribing and receiving webhooks about activity on the Page, and updating settings on the Page.
Pages read engagement
Provides access to content (posts, photos, videos, events) posted by the Page, access to followers data (including name, PSID), and profile picture, and access to metadata and other insights about the Page.
Show List of Managed Pages
Provides the access to show the list of the Pages that the User manages.
Device permissions for Personal Data access
Depending on the User's specific device, Leaf CRM may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below.
By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, Users may refer to the device settings or contact the Owner for support at the contact details provided in the present document.
The exact procedure for controlling app permissions may be dependent on the User's device and software.
Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of Leaf CRM.
If User grants any of the permissions listed below, the respective Personal Data may be processed (i.e accessed to, modified or removed) by Leaf CRM.
Biometric Data access permission
Used for accessing the User's biometrical Data and/or authentication systems, such as for instance, FaceID.
Call permission
Used for accessing a host of typical features associated with telephony.
Camera permission, without saving or recording
Used for accessing the camera or capturing images and video from the device.
Leaf CRM does not save or record the camera output.
Contacts permission
Used for accessing contacts and profiles on the User's device, including the changing of entries.

Google Analytics (Universal Analytics) is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Owner manages the Data processing, (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of Leaf CRM, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.

This type of service allows Leaf CRM to collect and store Users’ preferences related to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information, as requested by the applicable privacy legislation.
iubenda Consent Solution (iubenda srl)
The iubenda Consent Solution allows to store and retrieve records of Users’ consent to the processing of Personal Data, and information and preferences expressed in relation to the provided consent.
In order to do so, it makes use of a Tracker that temporarily stores pending information on the User’s device until it is processed by the API. The Tracker (a browser feature called localStorage) is at that point deleted.Personal Data processed: Data communicated while using the service; Tracker.

Handling payments
Unless otherwise specified, Leaf CRM processes any payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means via external payment service providers. In general and unless where otherwise stated, Users are requested to provide their payment details and personal information directly to such payment service providers. Leaf CRM isn't involved in the collection and processing of such information: instead, it will only receive a notification by the relevant payment service provider as to whether payment has been successfully completed.

OneSignal is a message sending service provided by Lilomi, Inc.
OneSignal allows the Owner to send messages and notifications to Users across platforms such as Android, iOS, and the web. Messages can be sent to single devices, groups of devices, or specific topics or User segments. Depending on the permissions granted to Leaf CRM, the Data collected may also include precise location (i.e. GPS-level data) or WiFi information, apps installed and enabled on the User's device. Leaf CRM uses identifiers for mobile devices (including Android Advertising ID or Advertising Identifier for iOS, respectively) and technologies similar to cookies to run the OneSignal service.
The Data collected may be used by the service provider for interest-based advertising, analytics and market research. In order to understand OneSignal's use of Data, consult OneSignal's privacy policy.
Push notifications opt-out

This type of service allows Leaf CRM to manage the creation, deployment, administration, distribution and analysis of online forms and surveys in order to collect, save and reuse Data from any responding Users.
The Personal Data collected depend on the information asked and provided by the Users in the corresponding online form.These services may be integrated with a wide range of third-party services to enable the Owner to take subsequent steps with the Data processed - e.g. managing contacts, sending messages, analytics, advertising and payment processing.
Facebook lead ads
Facebook lead ads is an advertising and data collection service provided by Facebook, Inc. or by Facebook Ireland Ltd, depending on how the Owner manages the Data processing, that allows form-based ads to be shown to Users pre-populated with Personal Data from their Facebook profiles, such as names and email addresses. Depending on the type of advertisement, Users may be requested to provide further information.
Form submission results in the collection and processing of these Data by the Owner under this privacy policy, and only for the specific purpose outlined on the form and/or inside this privacy policy, where provided.
Users may exercise their rights, at any time, including the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their Data, as specified in the section containing information about User rights in this privacy policy.

These services have the purpose of hosting and running key components of Leaf CRM, therefore allowing the provision of Leaf CRM from within a unified platform. Such platforms provide a wide range of tools to the Owner – e.g. analytics, user registration, commenting, database management, e-commerce, payment processing – that imply the collection and handling of Personal Data.
Some of these services work through geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where the Personal Data are stored.Apple App Store (Apple Inc.)
Leaf CRM is distributed on Apple's App Store, a platform for the distribution of mobile apps, provided by Apple Inc.
By virtue of being distributed via this app store, Apple collects basic analytics and provides reporting features that enables the Owner to view usage analytics data and measure the performance of Leaf CRM. Much of this information is processed on an opt-in basis.

Registration and authentication provided directly by Leaf CRM
By registering or authenticating, Users allow Leaf CRM to identify them and give them access to dedicated services. The Personal Data is collected and stored for registration or identification purposes only. The Data collected are only those necessary for the provision of the service requested by the Users.

Legal basis of processing
The Owner may process Personal Data relating to Users if one of the following applies:
- Users have given their consent for one or more specific purposes.
