Digital Marketing Manager


Leaf CRM specializes in providing user-friendly lead management solutions for businesses that capture leads through social media platforms and other online sources. Our mission is to empower companies with a seamless CRM system that streamlines lead capture, accelerates response time, and delivers actionable insights for continued growth. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our online marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including social media, email, content marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  2. Manage and optimize the company’s social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  3. Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers and videos, to support marketing initiatives and drive traffic to the website.
  4. Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.
  5. Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends and optimize marketing efforts.
  6. Execute and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-effective lead generation.
  7. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create targeted marketing materials and support product launches.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Leaf CRM’s marketing efforts remain competitive and innovative.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, content marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  4. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
  5. Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms is a plus.
  6. Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
  7. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  8. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  9. Creative problem solver with a results-oriented approach to marketing.
