Digital Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our online marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including social media, email, content marketing, SEO, and PPC.
- Manage and optimize the company’s social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers and videos, to support marketing initiatives and drive traffic to the website.
- Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends and optimize marketing efforts.
- Execute and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-effective lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create targeted marketing materials and support product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Leaf CRM’s marketing efforts remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, content marketing, SEO, and PPC.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms is a plus.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Creative problem solver with a results-oriented approach to marketing.
