Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our company’s growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and fostering lasting relationships with clients. If you have a strong background in sales, a passion for CRM solutions, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  1. Diligently following up with leads generated through various channels
  2. Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve the quality of leads.
  3. Nurturing leads through the sales funnel by understanding their needs and showcasing the value of Leaf CRM.
  4. Conducting product demos and presentations to effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of Leaf CRM.
  5. Maintaining accurate records of all lead interactions and activities using Leaf CRM
  6. Continuously improving follow-up techniques and strategies to maximize lead engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

  1. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the SaaS or CRM industry.
  3. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  5. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  6. Familiarity with CRM platforms and an understanding of the lead generation process, particularly in relation to social media platforms.
  7. A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
