Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our company’s growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and fostering lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities
- Diligently following up with leads generated through various channels
- Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve the quality of leads.
- Nurturing leads through the sales funnel by understanding their needs and showcasing the value of Leaf CRM.
- Conducting product demos and presentations to effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of Leaf CRM.
- Maintaining accurate records of all lead interactions and activities using Leaf CRM
- Continuously improving follow-up techniques and strategies to maximize lead engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the SaaS or CRM industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and an understanding of the lead generation process, particularly in relation to social media platforms.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
